a story within a symbol

The Bahar Narenj logo is more than a symbol —

It carries a story worth sharing.

Why “Bahar Narenj”?

The Narenj (bitter orange) is a noble branch of the citrus family, native to several regions of Iran most notably, Shiraz. What makes this tree exceptional are its spring blossoms: white, delicate, and powerfully fragrant. At dawn and dusk, its scent weaves into the soul with a hypnotic tenderness. The Narenj tree stays evergreen throughout the year.

In winter, its glossy green leaves and glowing orange fruits shine through the cold. And in spring, its fresh blossoms bloom alongside fruits from the previous season a rare image of continuity in time, of beauty, and of resilience.

The Narenj tree is, in itself, a lyrical poem of nature.

In the province of Fars, the Narenj tree is a living symbol of subtlety and life.

Dr. Naser Aminzadeh — a poet, physician, and photographer born in this poetic land has often referred to its beauty in his verses.

Naturally, he chose the name Bahar Narenj for his artistic and cultural initiative

The Language of the Logo: Shekasteh Nastaliq

The Bahar Narenj logo is crafted using Shekasteh Nastaliq , one of the most refined and authentically Persian styles of calligraphy

complex, dynamic, and infinitely diverse in its letter combinations. Unlike other Persian scripts that have spread to neighboring regions , Shekasteh Nastaliq has remained uniquely Iranian.

Its execution and appreciation require years of experience and artistic sensibility.
